First of all i would like to share you about my story how i get started with the health point program, in Nov 2008 i was 58kg and weight has always been my issue, and i was first introduce to Health point program by my Coach, and i lose 8 kg within a month and my new weight was 50kg.
Feb 2009, i was diagnosed for hypoplastic anemia, nothing to do with the program, its been a while already and the doc just found out about it and had to take steroid for my medication. In just 2 month i had gain up to 20kg, it was my worse nightmare. Once i stop taking the steroid, the weight did not decrease and i was struggling.
Good thing i have my old knowledge regarding the right way to lose weight trough this health point program that i have been following before, i easily can lose the weight n now i am 57kg n now i am doing my second cycle and still need to lose few more kilos. So health point is a life time education!
I will post some more sharing from all my HP student and my friends who are doing this program. They have different kind of story to tell and that make it exciting! I am trying to post some pic but i am having kindda difficulty, no worries, i will put it in my next post!
